Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Oud London

Beautiful hotel with old world charm. The location is very beautiful in highly wooded area. Very nice upper scale restaurant with excellent food. Staff was mostly nice.

No way to adjust the heat. It was uncomfortably cold in the room during the day and then uncomfortably warm from about 2 am to 6 am. No fan or AC equipped. Pillows were very nice but beds were two twin beds pushed together with a crack in the middle making it impossible to stretch across. There was was simply a comforter for a blanket with no separate sheet. Housekeeping was unwilling to provide an extra blanket even though I told them it was very cold. Finally, there are no stores, restaurants or pharmacies within walking distance and Ubers tak on average 20 minutes to pick you up. No drinking water is provided, no water fountains available, and bottled water was 3.5 euros each for a 12 ounce bottle.

Wellness centre was great. Breakfast was good. I stayed at the hotel for 1 night on 2 consecutive weeks. The first week the room they gave me was spacious and comfortable. The second time they gave me a small room which was also very cold (I had to ask for an extra blanket and a radiator)

Have been here many times over the years and Room 22 was definitely the best one ever.Ground floor, good size, modern and spacious bathroom.

The hotel looked a bit run down so does the guest room. Bad water pressure and there is mold in stall shower. Dinner seemed pricey compared to quality of the food. Breakfast was good but nothing special.

We were glad to stay here...Location is perfect,staff helpfull,service nice..can be recommended everyone looking for such a hotel..

the standard room are horrible, one can hear all the noise around (toilet and shower of the neighbors, tourists coming an leaving). bathroom and toilet in the style of the 70's

They had beds

Never known a hotel to not allow you to order food in. The restaurant they make you eat at has very little choice and is extremely overpriced.

It is far from city so you have to have your own car other wise it is hard to transport

It was really a beautiful hotel with a good price and clean and tidy. I will return to this hotel for my next trip

Location was great, we could walk to town on the unending sidewalks or grab a bus to the train station. Friendly staff, clean and had everything we needed.

Location is great, cenrally to both nature and Utrecht city by car, good parking available and wonderful restaurant onsite, staff superfriendly. Missed out on facilties due to medical reasons not able to use sauna. Great bathroom, spacy room, comfy bed and overall very good experience. Can recommend a stay here.

Really nice staff, good beds and nice breakfast. Wellness is simple but good.

Hotel is outdated and there are visible signs of many years of wear. Restaurant has very specific menu, but alternatives (like food delivery) are not accepted by Fletcher.

Breakfast was ok but limited choice.

As a family travelling with children there wasn't much choice on the dinner menus for children.
