The location was great. Where it's centrally located allowed us to easily find our stops in either direction.

There was running in thechallwayvand the room above all atvall hours dayvor night; No amenities were included ie pool, breakfast, things like that; coffee station was always empty with no staff in sight to refill; mattress was paper thin.

This hotel is very family oriented and have a list of activities that goes on throughout the day, so my family had such a great time.

The only things I would like to see different is access to room service as there is none. There also is no microwave in the rooms.

The location was perfect.

The building is older. One elevator to service a large layout. The stairs are short treaded. Parking was a short walk back to the building.

Price to stay and having to pay for the water park separately when your already paid a lot to stay there, I would recommend Greatwolf lodge over this hotel bigger cheaper and don¿t pay separate for the water park

The Kahuna Laguna was really fun for the whole family. The location is perfect too, close to everything in North Conway.

I wished the Kahuna Laguna was included in the rate of the room. Also wished there was a coffee machine and microwave in our room, and there were no common areas that had microwaves due to COVID.

The view

Room wasn't as clean or nice as it should have been. Breakfast was terrible, served cold and took a long time to come out. Quality was worse than hospital food and it costs alot! Not worth it. Red Jacket is overpriced and about the quality of Days Inn.

The location was amazing. Our rooms were switched so we could be near our friends (the staff offered). The staff were so polite and more than ready to help.

There was no operating bathroom fan in either rooms. But least of our worries. Minor issue.

No step down/up Signs posted at the exit doors and because of this I had a slip and hurt my ankle, right knee and my back my husband said my balance was off about 20 feet so to say I had a good time is an understatement. Then in our bathroom in our room

1. The mountain/valley view from window and terrace. 2. Enough towels in the room for the 4 day stay. Covid-19 adjustment on their part. 3. They will clean the room if you place the tag on the door. Otherwise the crew will skip the room that day.

Just FYI - Weekend was in the middle of my vacation. Hotel was assigning all 9 days for the weekend rates. Ended up booking 4 weekdays for the lower rate. Did not bother to make 2 more bookings to stay for 9 days.

Comfortable beds the indoor water park the friendly stand

I was surprised that the room was not picked up every day. When I asked a cleaning lady if she was going to clean my room she told me to go to the front desk

The guy driving around on the golf cart was a big help. And the ladies cleaning the rooms were great.

I was told they had a jacuzzi, but I wasn’t told it was an extra 25 dollars to use. Also I was told there was a gym to use, but they forgot to tell me it was closed due to COVID. The 2 things I was looking for so I book the room. Very disappointed

The location was outstanding and the outdoor pool was nice.

The fact that there was an extra charge ($50 for two adults) to use the indoor water park. That fact was not highlighted anywhere.

Location was excellent.Close to so many attractions.Our rooms 207 & 211 had such beautiful mountains views.It was such a great place to stay!

The location and water park area

Our room was never cleaned, even after asking for it to be the first day the staff at laguna park was very nice, but the second day there was a man at the front desk that was really rude. When I called I was told we would have a room with a view? Nope.

We loved the water park

We had to walk through a function hall to get to our room which was weird. Also after the elevator let us out on the 1st floor there was 2 stairs outside the function hall so using the dolly to carry our bags was pointless

We arrived later at night after a long drive and the welcoming experience checking in with July was just perfect. He could tell we were a bit weary and his friendly personality & explanation of the property/water park were wonderful.

Paid 75.00 for Waterpark and lost power 5mins later, was told I would be reimbursed but I still haven't been.

Great location, nice pool, nice playground and picnic area, enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor movies. Friendly staff. Convenient indoor water park for the rainy day we had. Comfy beds and spacious rooms.

Hallway noise was terrible. Even if someone was talking in a regular or soft voice you could hear it as if they were right next to you. Had some issues with kids at 2am running and it woke us all up. The noise from the floor above was also quite loud.

The view was pretty, the staff was friendly, the place was clean.

Didn’t know the water park wasn’t included in the ticket. Paid for two tickets when my daughter and friend could only enjoy it for an hour. Had I known that we could’ve used it prior to checking in we would’ve left earlier.
