- Great location, and the staff was great considering it to be Valentines Day, and parking was challenging and restaurant was packed.

- Half of the lights and outlets didn’t work for some reason.
- Booking .com promised me a suite. Best Western only had regular rooms when I checked in. I was told to cancel my nonrefundable res. and pay even more for a suite??????? I stayed in a regular room. I was tired and have up on the hassle. I thought I'd relax and watch Sunday football. The TV remote didn't work. Another hassle at front desk. They moved me to another standard room. It smelled like poop. Front desk gave me air freshener.The odor was coming from the drain in the shower.
- The tv wasn’t working or the phone to call front desk, house keeper didn’t go to clean the suit. Mind you I requested a day before. Breakfast was supposed to be included but when we got down there was nothing. Mind you we went around 8:40-9 and when we ask if they were refilling they said no. The light /electricity went off for 4-6 hrs .. the man in the front desk was very nice and friendly but service here sucks. The suit was very nice but service was really bad.
