Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Mooi Veluwe

Breakfast was decent. Good choice and quality. Our room was small, but we had everything we needed and it was non-expensive. Good value for money.

There was a moldy smell in the bathroom which extended to the bedroom

The restaurant and bar. The staff was very polite and professional.

The hotel is under renovations, workers making noise early in the morning and leaving all hallway doors open. Mold in the room, after heavy rain there was water infiltration. Not enough electricity plugs in the room. At least a waterbottle in the room would be appreciated.

Hotel was easy to find, and provided secure bike storage.The hotel provided a good range of options for breakfast.

I booked dinner for 8:30pm, but was later asked if I could move it forwards to 8pm as the chef wanted to finish early and all other guests had been served. I don't have a problem with that. Main course arrived before I had finished my starter.If the reception knew that they were unlikely to be busy after 7:30pm, I'd would have been happy to eat at that time, rather than feeling like I was an inconvenience.Double bed was against the wall, and no coffee provided in the basic room. Lights above the bed, but I couldn't find switches to operate them.

Wonderful quiet hotel in a peaceful location. Were comfortable and clean.

The lamp blinks very annoying, the side of the bed has a hollow, no soap in soap-cans, the room stinks like dirty socks.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet place. We enjoyed our stay, many thanks to attentive staff.

There was too much dust in the matress :( I believe it was OK just to ask for a new matress :) but I had no energy after a long nice walk

Location is wonderful, set in the forest and birds outside being your wake-up alarm.Nice bar/relax area.

The car park is set between the trees, all very nice but the track/road between the car park and the reception is gravel/mud with puddles. It would be recommendable to have this covered with more gravel or paved.The twin beds are short for a person of 1.95m (6'5")Typical family hotel, some of the rules/procedures are not handy for business travellers, e.g. breakfast not possible before 7 am.

NOT recommended. 153 euros a night for this room was outrageous. Really poor conditions/uncomfortable/not clean. Room was changed as we travelled with our dog (fair enough) but price was not amended. First and last time we will stay at the Fletcher chain.

The simplicity of everything and that you can rent ebikes is really coolAnd it's surrounded by an amazing forest

The breakfast could have more options but all in all good

Small room with double bed pushed against a wall.We arrived at night to find the entrance blocked by roadworks - no signage to show what to do or where to go. Phoned hotel who have instructions via a lane further on from there about a mile with pathetic little signs . Received no advance warning of all this

Everything was fine but The room and corridor smelled really bad - like dirty sports socks - not much effort needed to put air fresheners in the rooms

The staff is amazing! The first day we wanted to change the room and they made it possible the next day. They were also helpful with tips about what to do in the region. The location is really great especially if you are in the region to enjoy the outdoors. One can rent an e-bike and explore the region. The location is also close the city and Amsterdam is a bit more than an hour away. The breakfast was ok and one can also have lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

The comfort rooms were not what we expected and some of the terrasses are really in bad condition . You really should invest in getting a superior room which has no terrasse but it has a french balcony instead. In the comfort rooms, there is no possibility to get fresh air at night as there is no AC and we did not want to sleep with the door window open. The room was really hot even if the temperatures were around the high twenties. One can't order using a food ordering service which we found a bit unfortunate.

Early check-in and late check out provided for free. Delicious breakfast, beautiful interior.
