- Considering the resort is closing in 2 weeks until the end of 2025 for a complete renovation, I thought the upkeep, staff, food, rooms, common areas, etc were all excellent. This place will be really nice aver the overhaul.
- room, food drinks, pool, activities were all excellent. complimentary green fees at playa mujeres golf club were also excellent. golf was also excellent. this was our 2nd visit in the last 2 years.
- The beach was beautiful and the whole resort is very clean. Food was good and friendly staff.

- no, everything was great.
- Rooms didn't cool down enough for me. The thermostat didn't seem to actually control the AC. Kept having maintenance come to room to attempt to lower the temp. I've never had this issue with other Mexico resorts. Wouldn't stay here again because of AC.
