The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with handwritten notes to greet our family. Every detail felt personal, even at breakfast, where our family name was written on the table. We travelled with our dog and at the room there were also pet supplies waiting for us. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated the warm atmosphere throughout our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable. I wish we could find more of this in our travels across Europe! The breakfast was also vey good! Would stay here everytime we went away if they were in every city we were in! They did speak amazing Eniglish which is always helful although not expected. Parking was close and free even though it was not located on property this was not a problem for us.

Everything was perfect. Quite place to stay, close to all amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. Room, bathroom and toilet were very clean. We stayed in Junior suit with one double bed and one king size bed for 4 days. Matrasses, pillows and coats were nice. Room has a balcony, two tv sets, cattle and coffee machine. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was delicious.There are always fresh fruits and special tonic water at the receiption.Access to public Swimming pool was arranged by hotel. It's just 5 min walk. You should pay some extra if would like to visit sauna.Thank you hotel staff. They made our stay amazing!

Beautifully decorated hotel, gorgeous rooms and very cozy lobby and restaurant. staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. breakfast was very good and dinner also nice.

The hotel is located in the charming little village with gorgeous little wooden buildings with colorful flowers on the balconies surrounded by the Alpine summits. The quality of the service was excellent. The food was delicious.

A bath tub is the only thing missing

Everything was perfect - warm and welcoming personnel, location in the middle of Filzmoos, cosy and spacious room, superb food in the restaurant and during breakfast (including home made jams and bread). We liked the hotel so much so decided to prolong our stay for one more night. ?

if there was one thing to improve, I would say the bathroom could be more modern. it was tricky showering without flooding the floor! but it was immaculately clean.
