Days Inn by Wyndham Batesville AR

Location

Room was really rundown; AC was not adequate made bad noise all night. The room was supposed to be two(2) double beds and we got a king size, not appropriate for 3 adults and one child. Had sign in the window that stated no rooms available.

I loved where it was located at and that it had a beautiful view. Then you have a restaurant in walking distance.

There was a few roaches and also a razor from the person whom had stayed before us. I went to the store to buy something to clean with before showering

Arrived on Friday evening and there was a wonderful person running the front desk she was wonderful motel is got a great location for restaurant every thing was clean and nice good people would recommend to anyone

I wish there was more lights above the mirror

The hotel did not have continental breakfast, the pool was broke, there was no coffee pot in the room, there was no blow dryer in the room

Bed was comfortable

Did not say pool was under construction so we didnt get to swim, ceiling was falling down, walls dirty, carpet missing in pieces and most of all did bot like the hills to go into room

Location only

All lies. My reservation room type was all wrong. No free breakfast. No hair dryer. Creepy feeling. Old and musky smelling. It should be ¿Bates¿ville motel.

The rooms don't look anything like the pictures. The room was nasty, wall paper was falling off the walls. the bathroom fixtures were broken. the bedspreads had cigarette holes in them. I asked for non smoking. I got a smoking room.

Staff was accommodating to my husband need for a mirror to put in needed contacts, great recommendations for dinner

Needs attention, painting walkway and railings outside. Breakfast was okay

Hallways we're vacuum.

There was MOLD above the shower. The shower head was not mounted to wall, kept moving.

The only thing half way decent about this hotel was the price.

Stale smoke smell in my non smoking room, there were hairs in the bed, the tv didn''t work, parking VERY limited, only one plugin accessible, the morning hotel worker was super rude. I told him about said issues and he handed me a receipt. No apologies.

The value. I'have stayed at the Ramada in the same city and the Econo Lodge was a much better room and it was cheaper by $16 per night...

Proximity to event location

Bathroom vent fan broken. Sink wouldn't drain. Cold water hard to shutoff. 2 dozen flies in room. Bed made excessive noise. Ripped wallpaper

The view is amazing. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable, if rough around the edges (nothing major, just showed its age).

The room had an overpowering odor - part musty/mildew smell and part old smoky smell. It gave me an asthma attack the first night I was there and made all my clothes smell the same way when I left. (This was a non-smoking room.)

toilet was broke and shower head was loose. floor felt real dirty. just didn't feel like a clean environment.

Cost.

I requested non smoking room. However, the stench of smoke from former smokers was overwhelming. Even my daughter noticed it when she came to visit. Also, the mattress was hard as a rock, and I like a firm mattress.

Bathroom was dirty, smoke detector had battery removed. Blanket on bed thin and it was cold weather

Hotel was VERY clean! Beds are super comfy and staff was very nice. Great stay!!!!

NOTHING!

Breakfast area was a real joke. Too small. Right next to the registration desk. This should be rated a single star. Definitely not a two star.
