Good
Warm welcome from stuff, nice apartment which was clean and spacious. Rich breakfast and cozy atmosphere at dining room. Personal is really friendly and helpful.
Acoustic between apartments was terrible, at night we hear every step from apartment above us and next to us (neighbor had mezonet apartment next to us and they didn't make do much noise).

Very comfortable apartment for self-catering
The room was fantastic, 2 beds and over 2 floors. The kitchenette was a decent size and we had a dining table and chairs. Breakfast was good and the lady on reception was friendly. There is parking and the hotel is next to a small ski resort. It’s a short drive to larger ski areas of Klinovec and Oberwiesenthal.
The main downside is that there’s no restaurant at the hotel and you have to drive to the next town to find a restaurant or shop. Having said that, the next town has a nice restaurant, a small but well stocked supermarket and a fab kebab house. It’s worth noting the ski area is very small and can be covered in an afternoon
