Excellent location, but the rooms feel very outdated and lack some basic features. While they are spacious and the beds comfortable, the furniture/lamp/curtains were prominently stained and the bathroom in desperate need of updating. Amenities were minimal – very few toiletries, no magnifying mirror, and no slippers, which felt extremely basic. For the price, prime location, and four-star rating, you’d expect more, especially since this is not marketed as a basic hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t match the otherwise high standard of the rest of the hotel. Most interactions with staff were positive, but on arrival the night receptionist was busy chatting with other guests and completely ignored us as we stood waiting to check in.

Location was excellent to where I wanted to be in the city. Walking distance to the Morgan Wallen Bar & the 4th of July escapades. The room was very modern and comfortable bed to sleep in. Service team was quick and helpful to fix issues that arose. Staff was very friendly and approachable.
The view wasn't the greatest, which not too of a big deal. The window could have been wider (more of structural design issue). The location of the toilet holder was way low. For staying one night I am not sure if the $30 credit got given back or not. For staying one night, that made it hard to be able to use. If I stayed multiple nights I would have liked to check out the food scenery that was provided at the hotel, which seemed high end causal.

Location is excellent. Close too all the attractions
We ordered room service on one of our evening's, it’s wasn't good. I got the red snapper it was over cooked and got a side of the cauliflower. It was to dry. Overall the stay was a wonderful experience, but dis satisfied with our meal

No coffee maker in the room, $6.00 coffee in the lobby or the restaurant.
