Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center

The location and the hotel was excellent.

Everything was perfect

This place was exceptionally wonderful Beautiful room....very very friendly and helpful staff we were n town for a concert at truist Park and this hotel was soo conveniently located..Valet parkingI will definitely book this hotel again, if I am n town again

The only negative thing I cud say about this place is the one microwave per floor instead of in the room itself

Excellent Stay Near Truist Park!Very close to Truist Park — perfect location if you’re attending a game or event. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.The room included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which was super convenient. As a Bonvoy member, I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, free parking, and free WiFi. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely return!

A couple of minor issues: the toilet was a bit difficult to flush, requiring extra force to push down, and the bathroom only offered bar soap instead of liquid hand soap, which felt a bit outdated.

Location was great. And facilities were very good for price paid.

We were charged almost $2000 for incidentals the 1st night we were here because we used more than our nominal $50/day fee (valet parking is $45/day). This was double what we paid for a 2 night stay. When asked about this, at the front desk, we were told the remainder we didn't use would be reimbursed (well, no shit). The desk clerk was rude and said we were only charged for the 2 night stay until we showed them on or online bank statement. Then they explained about the incidental charges but tried to justify the amount. Later, a manager we talked to was appalled at the amout and sympathized with our ordeal but assured us it would be reimbursed. The reimbursement is great, but double the amount of a 2 night stay is extremely excessive. If this is how this company is run, I will not be staying here again. For that money, I could have stayed closer to our destination or at a nicer hotel.

Excellent location Clean, beautiful facility

Parking fees are ridiculous

Breakfast was great. lots to choose from. Nice staff, friendly people. we took a shuttle to dinner and the drivers were super nice. Walked to Braves game and Battery area with no problems.

Elevators were slow

Great room, great view, close to everything. Really nice hotel.
