- The staff was terrible. Came in my room with no warning. Stole belongings. And threatened myself and my child. Never ever stay at this place.
- Staff was terrible including the cleaning people barging in the room before checkout with thier phone out for some ridiculous Excuse. Woke up my kid and when I complained she threatened me and called my daughter vulgar names
- Hotel employee is terrible. She was rude and nasty. Woke my child up at 9am because she wanted to do a "lighting" inspection? Said its an online policy. Was rude and nasty I will never stay again

Location was the only good thing about this hotel
The housekeeping opened door at 9am without announcing themselves and demanded we move rooms because they needed the handicap room I was in. Elyse was nasty and rude. When we didn't want them in she threatened to call police. She shouldve been fired.
