Location

Room had a terrible odor and was dirty. Talked with manager and he did nothing to accommodate. Breakfast consisted of coffee and tea.

The staff was terrible. Came in my room with no warning. Stole belongings. And threatened myself and my child. Never ever stay at this place.

Close to gas and Walmart

Staff was terrible including the cleaning people barging in the room before checkout with thier phone out for some ridiculous Excuse. Woke up my kid and when I complained she threatened me and called my daughter vulgar names

Hotel employee is terrible. She was rude and nasty. Woke my child up at 9am because she wanted to do a "lighting" inspection? Said its an online policy. Was rude and nasty I will never stay again

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

The housekeeping opened door at 9am without announcing themselves and demanded we move rooms because they needed the handicap room I was in. Elyse was nasty and rude. When we didn't want them in she threatened to call police. She shouldve been fired.

The god awful smell. Blood in the bathroom. .broken shower. Dirty sheets..

The room was Clean. And it was conveniently located to the shops and eating out places. Next to Walmart.

The out door entrance was sketchy. And it was hard to find. It was was in the back next to gas station. There were big Trucks parked outside on the side. Did not feel safe at Night.

I love the staff, especially Hotel Employee. It is safe, very clean, and friendly.

The fact that I paid for hot water didn?t have any for 5 days and a month later am still trying to get my money back. RIDICULOUS!

The customer service was on point Hotel employee did a great job as a front desk and Hotel employee is an amazing manager

If there was they'll fix it but no I had no problem

It's location was exactly where we wanted to be.

The room (218) was filthy and needs updating. Floor wasn't vacuumed, linens had stains, toilet had hair in it. The counter was coming apart and the refrigerator was dirty. Gross, gross, GROSS. There was a gratuity envelope to tip the cleaner, though.

Cleanliness of room, awful carpet with stains and dirt, counters peeling. Hairdryer didn't work, coming off wall. Stained mattress covers on both beds.

The location was convenient enough for what we needed and the front desk staff was pleasant.

Sells like an ashtray. The windows were wide open at 38 deg at 1030pm to try to air it out. Furnishings were worn to the point of being trash. No lamps worked. Remote was broken. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty, visible ring.

The staff was friendly.

Every time I went out of the room the keys did not work when I returned. The desk clerk admitted that the keys were bad. If they know it why don't they fix it! There was no phone in the room. Not everyone uses cell phones. The bed was horrible!

It's quiet here

Every time we left out side the room we had to go get the cards to get in our room redone . Which care out to be my card 5 time and my boyfriends 3 times . That's 8 times over night ¿¿

The location and the price. It was disgustingly dirty, huge stains on the sheets, the refrigerator was disgusting, we ended up leaving at 5am not even making it one full night. I really want a refund and a free tetanus shot!!

See above, and the elevator smelled like an ashtray full of cigarette and weed butts.

Not cleaned to hotels standards.

Proximity to stores and restaurants and shops .

It's used as a long stay with not so clean people .and rooms were far from desired of clean .I used my own chemicals to clean bathroom in order to use it .
