Your vacation begins with check in. How you will be served there will be such a vacation. The excellent welcome from hotel employee at check in and the concierge  made our stay at the resort unforgettably wonderful. Excellent work.

Facility and room in very good condition. Tasty food, and what is important very helpful personal, great thanks to hotel employee for her attentive attitude . The resort should be proud of such employees.

It's a beach and grounds were extraordinary. The second room my college-age son and I were moved to was perfect!

The design of the first room we were in was absurd! The bathroom/shower was open to the beds -- no wall or door! NO privacy! Many couples wouldn't want that, but families? Insane design!

The staff was amazing,the beach it's beautiful, very nice and clean hotel.

I loved the entertainment and the staff was very cordial. Especially hotel employee, I believe he is a concierge. He was our everything, he gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to do.

I was not too happy with the food. Although there was a variety of restaurant nights. The one I liked was the Rodeo and Italian. Also, there needs to be more activities in the adult hotel.

I only liked the staff they were very sweet. Not their fault that the hotel sucks.

I was starving!!! No real food! The had tv diner food and barley options to chose from. I was sick from raw chicken served to me. So I did not enjoy my stay at all! They even called our room for some weird guy at the beach that was trying to sell us stuf

The Only Adults area is amazing. The beach is awesome! Specially in seaweed season, this beach doesn’t have any and was wonderful

Is still crowded and something I really don’t like is how they let people smoke everywhere. We’re in 2025 where in a lot of places even if you’re outdoor, if it’s a common space with other people you are not allow to smoke. And that surprise me a lot how I had to breathe smoke everywhere.

Food poisoning for the whole family, whatever food you would eat was cooked or fried with the same oil.Buffet food options in Taino restaurant when full where limited to pizza and noodles and not much more because everything else was not there or you had to do the cue and wait for your cooking

The resort is one of our favorite and this is our second visit. W got the romance package and it was a pleasant surprise with the beach dinner and massage. The new Buffet building is very impressive and beautifully done

The DR water is always an issue

Good food in all restaurants, good room service.

The entertainment crew was quite rude and annoying, they take your phone and force you to write a positive review in google for them, so they can show their boss.There is not much space in the beach, and you can only get a nice spot by waking up at 6 am and leaving your things there until you come back.

A lot of plants, all is green, the beach is great, food at the large restaurant of the neibhour hotel

Worms crawling in the shower, cracks on the walls and at the ceiling of the room, missing towels after cleaning, missing water in the room after cleaning, missing bar items after cleaning, awful diarea for duration of stay

Great property- very beautiful and lovely beach, rooms were great, staff was really friendly and attentive. Overall we had a fantastic time in the hotel.

Their organised classes especially the beach ones are quite disturbing - far too noisy, there was always just handful of people attending and everyone else was complaining the activities were just not well suited for the hotel clientele- local music and the trainers were shouting and jumping around all the time… also it’s all inclusive and the food is absolutely dreadful- looks nice and seems there’s a lot of choice but the quality is horrible… lost weight whilst on a hol there as could barely eat anything- it was catered heavily towards the lower mass market unfortunately so doesn’t really match a 5* hotel

The beach and the gardens were stunning…and the overall concept of the hotel great…the app helped out with restaurant bookings which made life easy!!!

Did‘t dislike anything apart from the usual idiots you get everywhere who reserve beach beds for the day and don’t use them!!!!

You had to get up at six in the morning to get a spot at the beach under the umbrella (which according to the rules is not allowed to reserve a spot)This is crazy and the rule should be implemented by management Some personal not very friendly (won’t even say good morning)

First of all we paid for the resort that is supposed to be adults only.The only restaurant that was adults only was the buffet in the morning.The rest of the restaurants were a combined family & our adults only resort.We could not find quiet time.The food was terrible. We all suffered stomach problems.But the worst part was absolutely non supportive stuff, including management.One of our friends fell down because of the slippery floor where the staff was supposed to put a sign.It was completely their fault. He went to the hospital and the manager refused to pay for the cab.The guy had surgery, he broke his twist.The management even did not apologize.

Entertainment staff were very engaging. Overall, the staff were very friendly and efficient. Good variety of restaurants that were all bookable. The variety of the breakfast was good (great mimosas at Bloved). Swim up bar. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good variety of entertainment (although it took some time to get going some nights). We could always find a sun lounger. Dance classes were intense but enjoyable. Quite pool areas to relax. We needed to check out late so the hotel booked us in to their shower room.

Mould on the bathroom ceiling. Smell of damp in our room. No sun on our balcony at any time of day. The rooms and hallways needed some painting. The beach is quite a walk from the hotel (5-10 mins). Air con was very feisty, we had to turn it off and put it into heat when it was 28C. No ice cream sold in any of the restaurants. Quality of the restaurants varied a lot - Siwichi was great, worst was the Asian (Tao-Cat). Tao-Cat served like warm food that was supposed to be hot and sushi that was not fresh. The staff were wonderful but bored as they didn’t have many customers so they were messing around. We were not given beach towels in our room when we checked in and when we got them they were taken by the cleaners and not replaced. Photos of the jacuzzi area on the website are out of date, there is a new, large, square jacuzzi that looks great but doesn’t work.
