Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk By IHG

Had an excellent stay enjoyed everything. hotel itself was amazing and I would probably go back if in the area. The room was just like I booked the location was fantastic and the staff was pleasant.

The restaurant in the hotel was a little over priced with not so great food. Breakfast came out cold and drinks were not that great and very weak. Paid for the room and the deposit and 7days later still waiting for my deposit back.

I love Everything about this hotel. My husband and I were here celebrate my birthday. The staff was so sweet and made me feel so special when they found out it was my birthday

Great location with access straight down to the riverwalk. Clean hotel, close walk to the city centre and good value for money.

The dinners we ate were delicious. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

There was a fire alarm that went off late night / early morning for 2 of the three nights I stayed there. The remote was solar powered (which is fine) but nobody explained that or that you needed to flip a switch by the door for the tv to come on.

I was very disappointed by the hotel. The hotel it self seemed to by under some sort of update. The pictures of the hotel and the hotel itself were very misleading. Paired with the price point of the hotel it was not worth anywhere near what I paid. On top of that parking was an additional $50-$65 a night which was not communicated until arrival.

The room seemed picked up but was not very “clean” if that makes sense. The window which faced another building was extremely dirty and essentially gave a great view of the building next to us and the room of the first floor. The room also smelled just unclean.

Beautiful facility, nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff.

Parking/ membership parking too expensive, but found cheaper parking on the side ☺️. Free breakfast would have been nice.

Staff is excellent at the hotel. Staff is helpful, responsive and cheerful. I liked Laura and her demeanor to stay calm and patient with all guest. She also took my complaint of duvet cover being stiff and sent me a different comforter immediately. I call that good customer service.

The floors are creaky.. people walking on floor over me was disturbing. Also we were on 2nd floor and the noise from outside was too much at nite. The windows are not sound proof.
