- The room didn't have any shampoo or conditioner the bottles were empty. We only had one towel in the room. Front desk staff was great very friendly and kind. Only complaint for staff was when we checked in he didn't tell us where elevators where or room.

- We specifically booked this hotel to use the pool and the hot tub. When we arrived they were both closed. We were told they would be open the next day and it was not. Live 45 minutes away so would never had booked and stayed at the hotel if had known
- Long lines at checkout. Cards for room constantly lost connection had to get fixed 3 times. Luke warm shower water. Extra expensive cost having a pet per night. Excessive pet rules. Zero care for guest vibe. Felt like I was annoying to most staff.
- Hallways were too dark. Our room had no windows as it was an interior room. The room was a suite but only had 2 water glasses. There was only 1 ice machine on the 3rd floor. The lamp was broken.
