The bed

It's important to remember this is an extended stay location. For example, there is no daily maid service. As I needed clean towels, I took the dirty towels to the office and asked for what I needed. As I tied up trash bags and disposed of them at the nearest staircase, and used the extra bags in the bottom of the trash can or picked new ones at the office. The laundry/vending room was clean and well lit. BE ADVISED: THERE IS NO ICE DESPENCER ON SITE, like you would expect at a Motel 6. But ice trays are available for the fridge. The vending will take credit/debit cards, while the laundry takes $3.00 in quarters per wash load and an additional $3.00 in quarters for the dryer. Unlike many laundromats, the drier completes drying the clothes on the first cycle. If there are maintenance items they will be completed in a week or so. Again, long term stays.

That they actually refunded our money

The fact that the place was full of individuals loitering, smelled of marijuana. No bathroom door on the bathroom. The cooktop didn't work. Booked the quadruple room, they gave us a single room. No place for our 13 year old to sleep. Broken down vehicles everywhere. I didn't feel safe. Abandoned property took up a parking spot as if someone was evicted and all of their stuff was dumped into the parking lot. I cannot believe [Link Redacted] endorsed this facility. Worst mistake ever.
