I checked in on a Friday evening and the hallways were littered with trash. They were not vacuumed until the next Thursday. Room looked clean, however, I dropped something and looked under the bed. It looked like it has never been cleaned, swept or vacuumed.

The breakfast could be more than muffins and packaged grits. The carpet in the room was so filthy they need to be shampooed and cleaned throughly

What I like the most of this hotel was the location and the space of the room. It has a kitchenette and they provide you the utensils at the reception when you ask for them. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Another good thing of this hotel is that they received your online shopping packages that arrived a couple of days before you check in. We really appreciate that as sometimes it is uncertain when it will arrive and we rather shop in advance. Fre parking.

Although our rom was big, it was not very bright... once I close the certain it was all dark. We had a couple of lamps around the bed and in the kitchenette área. But in the living we did not and if I open the curtains for light, everybody can see from outside... Also I think some of the towels needs to be changed. The look damaged or tainted. Although in the facilities information they mentioned they have breakfast options which means coffee and cereal bars/muffins, it could be great if you can improve the breakfast experience.

Location is good

Very dirty, found two cockroaches in room and hair in drain, kitchen appliances very old and rusty as well as bathroom fixtures. Pretty noisy as well, could hear people walking all night long.

Nothing. The hotel and room smelled and felt moldy. The AC in my first room wouldn’t turn on. The shower of bathroom in my first room was dirty (filled with hair and mold). Then when I changed rooms, the second shower in the bathroom had a leak that wouldn’t stop. After that’ll asked for a refund from the front desk.

Great location. Quick access to desired social locations

The entrance ti the building was dirty. Unprofessional attending staff. Room smelled of strong cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. Residents appeared to be living there and had pet dogs.
