The staff in the front desk was unfriendly not all of them, of course.The rooms was clean, but the bed sheet wasn’t and they miss always to bring towels enough. Also, the place was very cold. They don’t balance the AC in the corridors and the public area , last thing the room should include carpet to be more comfortable.

This has been our go to place since we started coming to Kuwait 15+ years ago and the only reason we come back are because of a few staff who we consider family as they have been taking care of us since day one. Unfortunately the management and the quality of the rooms have declined. After complaining twice 2 days in a row the duty manager Kamal provided us with an unprofessional answer what felt like we might be the reason behind it instead of acknowledging and apologizing for the concerns we raised about the rooms cleanliness, missing basic amenities and broken toilet seat; it only shows that they do not pay attention to the quality and cleanliness of the room and do not do what they are supposed to do. The ones who helped us resolve the issue immediately was Johnson, Nenuka and Darwish who also apologized and cared about us and our experience. Housekeeping manager should be more involved and accountable for this and should be on the floor doing spot checking the rooms and ensuring the standard should be given the way it should be when checking in not after complaining 2 days in a row. Management needs to be overlooked and be accountable for this decline in the standards and Communication is a big area as well they would need to work on. The management does not care about what’s happening with the guests.

Comfortable room, great breakfast, staff very friendly especially Diwesh on reception. Beds are great with great bedding. The view is lovely.

I really liked everything about the hotel. As usual, the design is sophisticated in color and wonderfully matched with everything in the rooms. It was easy to upgrade the room directly from reception, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary items, both at the reception and in the room.

Everything especially the staff. Giselle and Darweesh were helpful. The property is in a great location. They have free parking and breakfast. There is a swimming pool, gym and spa. I really enjoyed my time there and I will definitely come back.

The first room was smelly a little bit, but they changed it in a minute after I talk to them.

Location is perfect many things beside the hotel and rooms are very clean and quiet

Not all rooms are comfortable. Hotel is a bit overpriced.

Unfortunately the grand suite was not clean and the furniture was very old .. we found an opened and half consumed symphony bottle of water when we arrive to the suite ! .. The towels and bed sheets smells very bad .. you need to call the room service twice to remind them what you need and wait for it too long .. mini bar was not working and they brought a small fridge
