- The location of the resort as well as the pool and outside area is Amazing
- Location is great, the pools are beautiful, staff was wonderful I really have no complaints I will definitely stay here again

- Some staff at the front desk ( not all had snappy Attitudes) when asked a question .
- the fact that everything was provided at an additional cost.....room was not cleaned unless we paid an ADDITIONAL $50 for each cleaning, workout facility cost additional also, and parking additional $10 per day.....none of which were listed beforehand.
