The location was great. Lobby was spacious and clean.
The first room we were issued was 930. The room was a little worn and dingy. First off the refrigerator was not cooling properly. There was I guess a humidifier in the room, the air conditioner fan squeaked and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. We were eventually moved to a better room.

The location was good.
The hotel was dirty (room balcony, elevators, pool deck floor, hot tubs - all of that was dirty). The pool deck floor had tons of green mold everywhere. A simple pressure wash every night would have cleaned that. One of the hot tubs was disgustingly dirty and turned off. The other hot tub that was just ok clean was cold. That’s very disappointing because I paid a lot to be at that Hilton and I was looking forward to use the hot tub but they weren’t available. The paint around the pool border was old and needed to be repainted. Overall, an abandoned hotel, in need of repair and maintenance. It did not look nothing like their photos on their website. Very disappointing and misleading. It should not be called a resort.

We didn’t have AC but the staff was willing to move us to another room. Staff helpful and friendly. TEd and Dale at the wet whistle were awesome.

Great hotel. Staff are so friendly. Recommend valet park, very fast and courteous. Nice rooms, view of ocean was beautiful. So many fun restaurants nearby.
No dislikes, highly recommend this property

The view was good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
The water did not get hot. It would get warm for a short period then return to luke warm. The chairs were not comfortable for watching TV. There was no microwave.

The location was great! Loved everything about the room and the staff I’m a regular and I absolutely love the Whistle bar outside! There wings are so good! Staying at this hotel no one will be disappointed it’s GREAT!!!

I love the location, it’s close to good restaurants and entertainment as well as the beachfront spot. The view from the room is beautiful, love waking up looking to the sunrise over the ocean. I asked for accessibility and a room with shower for my senior parents and they provided it. I also like the pool and the Cafe Almafi service, specially one server from Poland who was the nicest and did an outstanding job
