- Everything! The location is great and you can feel intimacy and relax in every corner. On top of how beautiful and well designed is.
- Service was absolutely incredible. And adults only was exceptional!
- The staff could not have been more attentive and exceptionally respectful. The grounds are well maintained and in a jungle like setting.

- The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea is overpriced and the food is underwhelming
- My room ( Celebration Ocean View Suite. Their most expensive suite. $1500 per night) needed to be painted. Visible large touch up spots on walls in livingroom and bedroom. View was beautiful but location right near main road. Constant traffic.Breakfast arrived lukewarm and not the caliber I expected of this 5 star resort. Housekeeping never replenished refrigerator.

Already at the check in we had an amazing experience thanks to wonderful Jessica! We were welcomed with lei’s and champagne. She was so warm and friendly, immediately we felt at home. Every hotel needs a Jessica!The whole venue was beautiful and very well taken care of and we just wanted to move into our room and never leave. It was so beautiful! And very delicious food and drinks, great pool, amazing location.. and so on, and so on.
