- Having stayed here before I was aware that the hotel was in an ideal position for the reason of my trip.
- Perfect location. Has a restaurant.Is a lovely hotel from a bygone era. Hotel staff was so nice and helpful.
- Pleasant ground floor and in safe walking distance to the gig at Stone Pony and the boardwalk and shore, walking distance to railway station
Cons -
- The majority of the staff on reception were very helpful. Except on our last day I thought the lady on reception wasn't particularly happy or helpful.
- I would have liked the cafe to be open earlier. It opens at 8am but 7:00 would be even better.
- Rooms very dated and very expensive stay given I was staying in Chelsea Manhattan as part of my trip in fabulous MeliĆ” hotel which was a third of the price of this hotel

Distance to Wonder Bar where we went for a concert, as well as close to the boardwalk
We didn't know there was a conference in town when we booked this, but that's not the hotel's fault!
