YES! WE WENT TO STAY HERE SO WE COULD ENJOY THE RESTAURANT AND NOT HAVE TO DRIVE ANYWHERE. rESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! NO HELP FROM FRONT DESK TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATION. SHE WAS RUDE, AS WERE THE MORNING STAFF. VERY FRUSTATING AND UNPLEASANT STAY.

My bathroom door was real wood not hollow core. The hotel was incredibly quiet and peaceful. My bed was just like home.The staff was lovely without being intrusive.

It was close to where I was working, literally the only good thing I can say about it.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The carpets were stained all over, in the hallways, in the rooms. My room looked like a murder happened in there. I was too tired to complain, but showed them a pic so I wouldn't get blamed for it.

Big room and great location.

The carpet and furnishings in the room and the hallways were pretty tired. The lobby area looked more recently updated.

Quite and comfortable hotel

For a 4 Star Hotel, it was a little underwhelming. No microwave in the room...I had some stuff I wanted to reheat. No restaurant open...had to go downtown for food. No continental breakfast, I get one with Holiday Inn Expresses for about 25% less cost.

I didn¿t even stay the night. This hotel was more like a 2-3 star hotel. No amenities at all. Restaurant closed. No pool. Nowhere to go but up to the room. I should really get a refund.

I loved the character of the hotel! A historical building with beautiful renovation and a personal touch made for a really unique experience.

I wish there was a microwave available in the room.

Just walking around and looking at all the old wood work and the rocks in the wall the bottom level so awesome and the bed and shower the best and the room had so much room and the workers awesome so friendly LOVE it i will becoming back

Love how big the rooms are and the option to get robes and slippers. Also there was a lady that worked at the front desk who made my stay perfect by being so super nice to me

We arrived late and there was poor lighting in the outskirts of the building.

Staff excellent and took care of every need promptly. Guest-Guest contact minimizing protocols the best I've seen.

Room decor a bit sterile and not in keeping with the feel of the building.

Charming hotel that's been updated and lovely. This was my spot to stay and relax and this room delivered. I can tell they are taking all precautions for covid safety while still proving great customer service.

Great location.

No one told me the bar and restaurant would be closed. The room was dirty, the wallpaper peeling off, you could not pay me to sit on the desk chair. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again. I would drive 30 minutes be fore I would stay here again.

Cleanliness Did not like: Due to COVID, the room had NOTHING, not even bottled water. Coffee was served in the lobby, but no where was that indicated, so, I never had it. They knew I was on a “retreat” and planned to stay in, I wish they had told

In advance that I would get nothing and had to call for everything...even TP, towels, wash cloths etc.... I brought food to use in the microwave. Because I was not told in advance I paid extra to eat out the 4 days I was there. The money was no refundabl
