the location was nice.
the front desk staff let a unknown man into my room & he stole my belongings while i was down eating breakfast. & when i asked for a manager she told me No she will call the police herself. very unprofessional & very argumentative!

Great location and amenities. Excellent food. Rooms, hallway, entry and restaurant are newly remodeled.
Extensive upgrading underway. The pool area is about to be worked on which will be a significant improvement.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there for the 2025 U.S. Open Golf Tournament so the price was reasonable. The room was clean. The area seemed safe..
The hotel was somewhat outdated. It was a motel so there was no elevator, but the number of stairs to get to my room was minimal. (This was my fault for not checking before I booked!)

Breakfast was sufficient. Hostess at breakfast was very nice. Very large pool with a nice deep end. Easy to reach location that felt reasonably safe.
Mattresses were hard. The room looked well used. The screen access to parking had a tear in it.
