Loved everything about this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Large rooms. Very clean. Provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, spacious rooms, good in-room coffee, very convenient and safe parking.
The ice machine on our floor was never working properly, we had to go down several flights to find ice. The food concession in the lobby could’ve had a bit more variety of muffins and other breakfast pastries, but what they had was OK.

Great location for us
We were charged $24 for self parking, yet our Booking.com confirmation stated the parking charge would be $16. I showed my written confirmation indicating this to the front desk, they made a negative comment about Booking.com making this mistake often, and I was told the $16 confirmed rate would be honored. However, when I checked out the charge on my folio was $24 and when I asked about it I was told the correction would be made separately by someone who handles their accounting. That has not happened yet and I doubt it will at this point as I checked out yesterday and it has been over 12 hours with no correction made.

Rooms were clean and spacious
Dark/dim lighting, was getting ready for a wedding and a little difficult had to keep standing by the window

That it was nice and comfortable. Good location for everything
The television was glitchy, the property did not disclose the cleaning fee in the description or price when booking, the booking said breakfast was included but came to find out I would have to pay $18 a person to eat breakfast, and also did not like that I had to pay to park at the hotel when that was not disclosed either.

The hotel is nice and well kept. I had a great rested night, didn’t hear a single noise. Will definitely stay again.
The property in itself was great but the neighborhood has too many homeless people. They didn’t bother anyone but still. No offense to anyone.

Great location, clean room and speedy service
Some kind of way, they system showed that my room was empty and they sent security to my room, thank goodness I had the extra lock on the door because he tried tu walk right in, no knock on the door or anything. I called the front desk to verify this action. And they said they did send security to the room to make sure it was empty and clean due to the system showing it was empty. That was it, but the situation was scary to happen at 11pm
