- They charge a $100 deposit. I don’t like that. There was construction on the exterior. This is not a 3.5 star property
- There was a terrible smell in my room like mildew and cat pee, the hair dryer did not work, the towel had someone elses mascara on it and bugs on the floor, maybe a large beetle, maybe a cockroache, couldn't tell. And they didn't offer to switch my room.
