Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

It was a ok location at least it was convenient for the purpose of my trip

Room was very uncomfortable, extremely hot, it seems like air was not coming out of the vents regardless of the temperature and changes made to the thermostat, Office didn't do nothing to address the issue. Cleanliness need to improve asap. Parking is a major issue, the amount of parking spots in front de hotel are very limited, when all are taken the staff ask you to park on the street. One night there were no parking spots available even on the street, while looking for parking I found out that there is an under ground parking below the Hotel but they don't offer that to customers. When I ask the front office about it they lied to me multiple times, stating multiple excuses, even saying that the access doors from the parking were broken, at that point I was very upset after receiving too many bogus excuses clearly knowing they were liying yo my face. At that point I was considering leaving but they stopped me, immediatelythe receptionist reprogrammed another key and told me to go and use it. So I did and what happened next? The underground parking was almost empty, it felt safe and the best part. The doors weren't broken at all, it work perfectly, clearly proven that this dude was lying. Interesting fact, as soon I got to my room he was waiting for me at the door to take away the key he gave me to access the building from the parking, At that point I didn't care anymore because my stay in that awful place was about to end anyways. One the last morning of my stay, I've decided to stay in my room getting ready for my flight, so I went to get breakfast for the first time since my stay started, when I was about to get breaksfast I was approched by this staff member who asked me for my room number, so I gave it to him then he checked some sort of list and then he told me I was NOT allowed to get breakfast.

Room was clean.

It was a long work week and I was so excited for a restful night of shower, getting into comfortable pjs, and watching the 7:00 movie and then getting to bed early. I checked in well before 6, but the room was freezing. I went back to the front desk, waited patiently for my turn to talk to the girl at the front desk, she then followed me to the room and couldn't get the thermostat to work. I then gathered all my belongings and followed her back to the front desk. She assigned me room #2. I walked with all my luggage to that room and the door wouldn't work. I walked back with all my luggage to wait my turn to talk to the front desk lady. She redid my key cards; I walked back with all my luggage to still not have it work. Back to the front desk to wait my turn to tell her again. She went with me (as I carried my luggage) and she couldn't get the door to work either. We went back to the front desk, and found another room. I got into the room to find the TV did not work. Leaving my luggage (thankfully) I walked back to the front desk to wait my turn again. I told her what was happening, she followed me to my room. She tried to fix it and said she would have to contact help. I waiting in my clothing wanting so badly that hot shower and comfortable clothes. I waited until around 8:30 and then walked back to the front desk to be told she was waiting for the "help" to arrive. At that point I just wanted a hot shower and comfortable clothes. Getting to watch a movie was going to be late if at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED I told her not to bother as I was not wanting to just sit in my room to wait for someone any longer. The front desk girl was kind, but I did expect a working room for the price of the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Large quiet room. Good location.

Water only lukewarm on day 1.and 2. Bath plug didn't work so we couldn't take a bath.No plug in the washbasin.

Value, politeness of staff, cleaniness.

It was fantastic Massive room. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Laundry area. Great location for airport train station and city.

No tea making facilities in room

Rooms are nice and spacious. Close to the airport.

The pool was closed without notice. It wasn't mentioned at check in as well. When we wanted to go for a swim, the hotel employee told us it is closed for maintenance.We specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, because we had a very long flight early next morning. The room was much more expensive than other hotels in the area. This was disappointing. The area around the hotel, especially in direction of downtown, was very poor and felt not safe at night to walk in. Travel only by car around the hotel! Also in the early morning there were homeless people at the entrance of the hotel. Not a safe feeling!

I am surprised that this hotel doesn’t have better reviews. I really enjoyed my stay here. The shuttle is super convene. Check-in was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant on site was great.

The location was nice because its proximity to the airport. The kids enjoyed the pool area.

Paid $5 for 2 pieces of toast. Not worth the breakfast. Our bathroom had hair in the floor/ tub upon arrival and there were 3 towels and 1 washcloth total for 3 people.

The staff was confused and disorganized. They first offered the room which was occupied by other guests. Some times no hot water for shower

It was a nice hotel overall, food was good. Too bad that I was there during the winter cause I would've loved to swim in the pool there before heading out for my plane. Overall not bad!

Not really much I can think of for what I didn't like about the hotel. it was just a typical yet very rich looking hotel but didn't mind at all. At least I had a place to stay!
