Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

The desk staff was very helpful.

Bed was brutal (that can be fixed). The floor I was on is in dire need of renovation.

They upgraded our room to a suite. NICE. Great room for the price.

Absolutely nothing was wrong with this facility. Would recommend to anyone. Lots of pillows, Comfortable mattress, large room.

Hotel staff very friendly.

I had a 3 night stay. 2 of those nights, my tv wasn’t working. Didn’t clean my room while I was there. Tub was dirty.

Pool was good. The restaurant was good too. I didn’t have to leave property

They charge a $100 deposit. I don’t like that. There was construction on the exterior. This is not a 3.5 star property

There was a terrible smell in my room like mildew and cat pee, the hair dryer did not work, the towel had someone elses mascara on it and bugs on the floor, maybe a large beetle, maybe a cockroache, couldn't tell. And they didn't offer to switch my room.

The air conditioning was non existent in the room. We had to open the window to get any sort of breeze. However, there was so much traffic that we kept waking up. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep.

the room was an upgrade, but the windows did not open and the room was cold even with the thermostat turned up.

The mattress and bedding were so comfortable. In the description it only got 6+ on the the reviews but I think it deserved much higher. It’s 3.5 star rating was spot on They also had underground parking with an elevator to take you right to your room.

No free breakfast but that was definitely NOT a dealbreaker considering the price

It was near the airport

They didn’t have adequate a/c in the lobby or the rooms. We had to ask for another room after we checked in because the ac was not cooling the room. Then the second room had the same issue, very hot. I slept with wet towels on my body to stay cool.

Kids running around all night, no hot tub, no hot breakfast, bath tub was disgusting.

The staff was very nice

The room was pretty gross. The fridge was moldy and the paint was chipping. The quality did not match the price

The food at the restaurant was expensive and completely inedible. The lobby was beautiful but the room was dirty, very worn disheveled, musty, very old and outdated. Air quality was horrendous.

The tv needs replacement. The bathtub grain stopper did not work.

Insanely hot in the room w/ out the ability to turn down the heat. Had to take a cold shower at 2 am just to sleep. Unacceptable.

The Bustro restaurant was goid

They advertise a shuttle, but we still had to Uber back and forth to the airport. Shuttle was not available at the times we needed.

No a/c was provided Room was 72 degrees and hot. Windows didn?t open and I was told to shut the air off and it would cool down. It did not. Staff was unhelpful and a big bag of trash sat outside the door of my room. I will not return there.

The location to the airport is perfect. I appreciate having a complimentary airport shuttle.

The shower was not working properly. The diverter valve needs replacing.

The room was a good size.

The deposit is very high considering the property isn't very luxurious. Clearly needed vacuuming and cleaning under furniture very badly. Housekeepers or staff took a pair of diamond stud earrings that were left on nightstand.

The staff was incredible !!! From checking in the bartender,the breakfast area workers and cleaning crew, All very pleasant !!!
