Very close to the sea with pool (largest on the island of Juist).

Cleaning staff banged against doors at 09:00 in the morning despite „No Disturbance please“-signs.

Swimming pool, sauna, good breakfast and the location was right in the middle of town and beside the sea.

Some parts of the hotel need renovation. The staff on reception were very slow. There was no room to secure luggage. There seem to be a lot of confusion between staff in the bar and staff on reception with regards to invoices. The staff in general were not well trained.

I like the total owner- and family-operated hotel. the atmosphere of an classic hotel with a personnel charisma.It's absolutely perfect.

Please don't change anything. Let it as it is!

The property is located in the centre of town, near to all facilities. From the outside, it doesn’t look like anything, but from the inside it has a wonderful quaint decoration. downside is that the rooms are quite old and the doors don’t fit properly which means that a lot of light comes in in the evening and it is relatively loud. The sauna and swimming pool were wonderful and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The decor of the rooms are very outdated. As there has been a lot of building on of the hotel a lot of the doors didn’t fit properly which meant that a lot of lies came in in the evening. The rooms were also not soundproofed so it was pretty loud.

breakfast was very good, something for everybody, all fresh, the room was clean and in best condition, the spa was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The beds could be a little bit harder.
