The room was very nice.

Nothing worked in the fitness center and the parking was horrible.

Great location by airport but quiet. Spacious room w/King, comfortable pullout sofa, desk, kitchen - everything needed to feel at home. We left 5AM before breakfast, but staff had already put out grab n go fruit which was very nice! Friendly, safe, clean.

Wish they had a little nicer storage for the extra pullout linens (torn bag - expected it to be in a tote) but everything was very clean. Please leave soap by the bathroom sink in case someone is using the shower where the bath products are on the wall.

Great location, close to airport and shopping (though you will need a car of course). Big clean rooms and great breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, clean and COVID safe, coffee and hot water available, safe area of town, comfortable bed, other patrons having fun outside. We loved the suite set up with bed in separate room and living room/workspace/kitchenette setup!

Wish the pool had been open. Am looking forward to return to pre-COVID social time with drinks and appetizers in the evening and hot breakfast buffets!

The room was very nice with kitchen and a bedroom separate from the main room.

Was disappointed that the hot tub by the pool was not functional. When traveling with my family we always look forward to going swimming so that’s important.

Horribly filthy. Run down. Damaged. Moldy. Broken door hinge. Bedroom door would not shut. Bathtub wouldn't drain at all. Never answer at front desk. Really bad!!!

Suite, staff, location

Close to shopping and our suite was nice, big and very clean! My girls, granddaughters and I were on our annual Christmas shopping trip and really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Staff was very friendly. Easy access to freeway. The breakfast staff was funny and helpful.

Our room was a little dirty. Very odd for a Residence Inn. BUT the manager took care of everything for us and made it right. We would stay here again.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety including hot dishes. The staff was always friendly and polite. The room was spacious and bright. It was a straight shot to get downtown and easy to get on the highway. Overall it was a great stay.

Could have had more excercise equipment but they had the basics and they worked fine.

Carpet was scheduled for cleaning during my stay. Totally understandable and only a minor inconvience. I appreciate their effort to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment.
