Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall - All Inclusive

The food was just top tier. Room service is 24 hours. So if I missed breakfast from 7-11. I can still order in . The staff was FRIENDLY and very attentive, always willing to help.

Very expensive

Choicez buffet place was good but, all other places where average¿

One of the restaurant I had placed the order for food waited 45 minutes and food never came out so, we left¿

It is clean and very well kept. Pools are great, layout is great.

The constant dunning for tips gets old. The bar staff can be purposely slow and were rude at times. Restaurants are NOT always open as implied by the schedule and choices are very limited at the buffet.

Super friendly staff, felt welcome from the start. Italian restaurant was SO good, we ate there two nights in a row. Drinks by the pool were great and NOT watered down at all. Lovely hotel that was very well maintained inside and out.

French restaurant was pretty meh. Wish there was a place to get fresh sushi. Lobster cost extra $30 but was DELICIOUS, so it was totally worth it.

The staff was friendly, attentive and a great time. The common areas were clean and modern. The buffet area was very well-located and featured views of the ocean. The Zilara pool was particularly beautiful with the elevation change and waterfalls.

We were considering the Ziva Rose/ Zilara and the Secrets hotels. Part of the draw for the Hyatt was the availability of multiple restaurants, bars, pools and other common areas. However, due to a group event, half of the hotel was closed off.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Especially want to say a special thank you to hotel employee , the lovely lady at the front desk for making our stay that more magnificent. The room was comfortable and the view beautiful. We had a nice relaxingtim

Beautiful property

They did not restock our fridge or clean our rooms on time. We would come back at 5 and find someone still working on our rooms. The room also has an extremely loud AC that made it hard to sleep at times.

Very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful campus. Staff was excellent — courteous and professional. The food was top-notch, while the entertainment was enjoyable.

The beach was very, very small — more Like a pool.

Excellent hotel and service. Wish there was more in terms of entertainment but my stay overall was nice and relaxing. A nightclub or Casino would of helped tremendously. The sportsbar that stops playing music at 11:30pm DOES NOT CUT IT.

Needs more Jamaican food and culture. It was a bit too European, if you are looking for an authentic Jamaican experience this is very lacking. It all depends on what you're looking for.

The resort itself was beautiful.

The quality of food and liquor were not where it should be for the price charged. I've been to several all-inclusive resorts where the food and quality of alcohol were top shelf, not the case for the Hyatt Ziva.

The location was great and the secluded beach was the best part. Evening entertainment was also fine.

It is definitely not 4 or 3 or even 2 star. It is so outdated that it should barely qualify for 1 star. Rooms are very old. You guys did a great job with Photography but thats very misleading.

Great time at this hotel. Free shuttle from airport was very convenient. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and entertaining. Food choice and quality was good.

The extremely positive attitude of all of the personnel which was infectious and made a big impact on how nice the stay was. This was my first all-inclusive and was somehow hesitant. The food was beyond unbelievable with top quality food.

The location is great as it is a quick commute from the airport. The adults only side of the property is beautiful, clean and new.

This property is not 5 star or even close. The property is in desperate need of an update. The grounds on the adults only side are well maintained and manicured while the Ziva side are not. The rooms and hallways need a refresh desperately.

They promote a stress free atmosphere 24/7- my stay was amazing, The Hotel Employees who checked me in, the head waiter of Choices rest. as well as the head chef, the day care "the kids club" who were amazing with my kids

The best resort on the area - recommend to everyone
