Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Adults Only - All Inclusive

The property was beautiful with great food.

The reservations staff fell short of promises made. I had to make several phone calls to resolve my booking. The front desk staff was inattentive when I needed help at night with a broken AC. The AC flooded the floor the next morning.

Great staff, great location, great food.

Hotel activities and restaurants are fairly long in distance. Wear walking shoes

I booked Zilara Rose Hall Adults Only - All Inclusive . The hotel location is very good. The hotel had two sections The Ziva - family section and the Zilara -adults only, the Zilara hotel looks dated compared to the Ziva hotel. Overrated!!

I was very disappointed when we asked if we could be placed in a room near our friends and instead we where placed on 1 st floor and our friends on 4 th floor mean while the couple checking in at the same time got the room across the hall from us.

The location was perfect was not too far nor too close to the airport and it was clean. The front desk, staff part of the entertainment crew made the vacation extra nice because of their excellent customer service

There was no clear demarcation between the adults part and the family part even though you have to pay more for the adult side, adults from the family side ziva come over and use all the amenities at the adult section and most of the food and most of the

terrible room service food late at night. Worst burger&grilled cheese sandwiches ever.The burger tasted like a microwave burger you ate in elementary school. wish hot tube stayed open past 8. And bars ran out of premium liqueur half way through trip

Our room needed to be updated, remodeled would have made the room perfect..

The location of the hotel was great the staff were great and very helpful. I had room service for 2of my meals because I was tired and found this to be the best choice for me. I had one meal in the restaurant and I got what I requested the Resturante staff were great including the chef who prepared the meal.

I didn’t like the overall cleanliness of the place. The carpooling in the hallway were not very pleasant. I understand it is difficult in a highly trafficked area to keep the place clean however something can be done about it.

I loved everything about the property! From my hotel room, the entrance, the restaurants, the pools, the beaches, the activities and staff members.

The food and the entire vibe of the resort were perfect.

The Italian restaurant simply wasn't good. Tub wasn't the cleanest but everything else was. Most likely was a simple miss.

The poolside festivities the food was extremely delicious. All of your people are well trained customer centric individuals. I love it in particular Miss Danise with the handling of customers at check-in, making sure we all felt valued was just outstanding and Ms Vanessa/Ms Nera in the delivery of excellent culinary delights
