- The reservations staff fell short of promises made. I had to make several phone calls to resolve my booking. The front desk staff was inattentive when I needed help at night with a broken AC. The AC flooded the floor the next morning.
- Hotel activities and restaurants are fairly long in distance. Wear walking shoes
