Pros +

  • Beds were great
  • Staff was exceptional. Very accommodating and answered every question pleasantly and professionally. Breakfast was perfect! Lots of variety.
  • It was quiet and the staff was courteous.

Cons -

  • The hotel is full of sawdust and drywall dust, and smells like plaster from the renovations that are happening on every floor. The air quality is horrible. This hotel should be shutdown until the renovations are complete. It definitely is not a good way to conduct business
  • Smelled like fresh paint, no black out curtains, no microwave, toilet paper roll was on back of toilet and you couldn't reach it, no shower curtain and water got the whole floor wet, door handle on exit door was upside down.
  • Probably something they couldn't help, but with the massive amount of construction, the company trucks of those workers staying at the hotel park and often take up convenient parking places with utility trailers. I understand first come, first serve details, but trailers really need to be parked in the farther parking places allowing closer for other people who are bringing in their luggage or just walking to their room on a dark late night.

It was quiet and the staff was courteous.

I am pretty sure I got bed bug bites. I woke up with bites on my side, and the lady at the front desk took a picture.
