- I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for breakfast. When I saw the charge on my credit card there was an additional $5 charge. Was that the tip? Because I tipped cash. I left a $5 cash tip, and I was charged an additional $5 on top of the $13 breakfast? I paid $23 for a crumby hotel breakfast!?!The best part was when the elevator stopped working in the morning. Thank God I was only on the second floor! I felt bad for the people on the upper floors that had to carry luggage down several flights of stairs. I can tell that this hotel may have been awesome back in the 80s, but now, not so much.Also, no mini fridge in the rooms and the ice maker was broken. And no coffee station in the lobby.

- Fix the elevators for God's sake. Don't charge and overcharge for what should be a free breakfast. Oh, and put a coffee maker in the lobby that customers can access 24 hours. These are very basic things to me.
