- The bar and the shower in the room
- They do not have a breakfast provided but have an attached restaurateur "Osprey" available with great view and food.. Room was Large and spacious with patio which was next to pool / Hot Tub. Pool was closed due to winter time but Hot Tub was going with view of Spokane River and boardwalk. Lots of Free parking

It was clean, well lit outside and walkable to a food source. I'm sorry I wasn't there during daylight as the walking path to the park was amazing.
