- Pillows are to small for king size bed it had twin bed pillows on a king. Especially paying for the better king room it should have bigger pillows.
- There is a distinct lack of professionalism amongst several ladies that work the AM front desk. I watch them be dead wrong on several issues and still exude a condescending air to guests?

Location.... The bike path that follows the river for an early morning run!
