- Beautiful
- We live in the ambience and the old-time grace of this hotel
- The location is perfect! The entirety of the property is my favorite in terms of vibe/ambiance.
Cons -
- Due to the fact that we arrived in the middle of a huge snowstorm and the sidewalks at the valet area, we’re not clean, was the only downturn of the trip
- The floor in my room was clearly not vacuumed. Which led me to become overly paranoid about the rest of the room :/. Additionally, the staff member who checked me into my room was far from welcoming. I’ve stayed multiple times and this might be my worst experience with any staff member.
- No coffee pot in room or at least a kettle for hot water available at the desk when staying
