- We love the location and the hotel is a clean place. The breakfast deal is an awesome feature here. The rooms are nicely laid out with the kitchenet.
- Convenient location to highway and Bronte Go, friendly staff, delicious breakfast
- The hot breakfast was decent
Cons -
- The last few times we have ran across kids' hockey teams that take over a large part of the hotel. The kids are usually wondering around by themselves. They jump on and off the elevators with no supervision
- Poorly maintained facilities to include mold growing in bathroom grout/wallpaper corners and ceiling, pool is falling apart, carpets need to be stretched as it?s a tripping hazard, freezer did not work
- The evening manager was rude and condescending and tried to charge us to "upgrade" to a non-smoking room. The day manager was kind and personable and said that should never have happened. The place was run down and in need of repairs.

Exceptiinal complimentaries
We spent overnight with unchanged bed sheets, and it was smelling somebody's oder, it was so disgusting . When we suggested them to change it, they didn't care about it.
