Breakfast included. Staff helpful and friendly. Ceiling fan was nice and quiet.
Old building. No hot water (plumbing issues). We had to change rooms to gain hot water, but even then wasn’t a solution). Low flush toilets are not helpful (probably required for all hotels). Not updated (but appears updating is underway floor by floor). Air conditioners loud and need to be cleaned more often.

Location great, easy 10 min walk to beach. Rooms a bit dated. Overall good and I would consider to stay again.

The hotel is awesome for the price.The staff were super nice and flexible and always greeting us. They let us leave our stuff one day before we checked in because we were joining a tour the following day and our departure time was super early. The staff always greeted me and son.
The breakfast hall was always like the movie Sparta. It was stressful. I wish they would not let people in unless there was free table. Also the food was repetitive. Wish there was more Asian options.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming. Room was very clean, beds comfortable also. Small store in lobby in case you need anything. Again staff went above and beyond.

We were here for a conference so the location was very convenient and within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Clean maintenance.
The breakfast had limited options but still manageable..

Great location in a quieter area of Waikiki. Walking distance to many beaches, shopping centres and a multitude of restaurants. Room a bit small but very clean and with an amazing view of the ocean and surrounding parks. Staff helpful and courteous. Great public transportation in the area to visit Pearl Harbour, circle the island and go to the airport.
