Location is excellent. Staff exceptional. Melody is amazing. Very comfortable room and excellent mattress.

The location was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar were wonderful. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

The one lift in the second building was very slow.

Very boutique. We were greeted promptly and graciously with a glass of Prosecco in the chic lobby. The staff were all super friendly and the security was great. The room was small but well done. The bathroom was up to date and very nice. The location is amazing. We were able to walk everywhere. The roof top pool and bar were great and relaxing.

The pool furniture could use an update.

Spacious and clean rooms with a very polite, helpful and friendly staff

The location is fantastic. This was the 3rd time for us in this hotel. And actually not as good as before. We were put in a room at the street side which is extremely noisy. The next day we were moved to a nice quiet room, that was fixed smoothly. The rooms are very nice. The concierge Juan is just amazing.

The pool is managed by another company then the hotel itself. The music was way too loud around the pool itself to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Operating the sound system is like sending a spaceship to Mars, involves more people and takes more time. The manager is willing and doing well but the girl at the rooftop bar is just lazy and has no idea what it requires to facilitate guests requests when they are not happy. Very very disappointing experience. Very Hyatt unworthy.

The location was excellent for us. The rooms were clean the shower was very nice. The shampoo and body wash were replaced regular but could have been more due to two people staying.

No window in our room.Roof top cushions we grubby which let the facilities down.The coffee in the morning wasn’t nice at all. No coffee facilities in our room we had to go to reception. $35 dollars for a resort fee after paying an over $250 a night was outrageous.

The Color of the Rooms dark color for solar Destination (Rooms in with color in the walls can be better) to have coffee maker in the rooms not easy to go out from the room every morning to take coffee in the lobby not comfortable for the touristsThe parasols should be included in the price, as with other hotels.Fun noise

Great central location, walking distance to everywhere needed.

The noise at night. The bar next door didn’t close until 2am, so heard all of the music singing whilst trying to sleep. Although the bar next door sounded like lots of fun, I probably wouldn’t stay here again because I had very early starts in the morning.

The location of this hotel is lovely. The coffee in the morning was good. The staff was pleasant and eager to assist.

I wasn’t informed of the WiFi.
