This Miami Beach South Beach Group hotel features 2 outdoor pools and 2 restaurants. The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club features a free evening happy hour each night, and Maxine’s Bistro offers casual dining all day and night. Guests can relax by the rooftop pool or by the bamboo pool which is surrounded by tall, lush bamboo trees. The modern rooms at Catalina Hotel are uniquely decorated and have hardwood floors. A mini-bar and CD player are provided. Free WiFi is provided throughout. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the Miami Beach Convention Center and a 10-minute walk from the Botanical Gardens. Lincoln Road Mall is a 5 minutes' walk away along with numerous art galleries and restaurants.

- The Elevator was Out of Service our Entire stay. We were also Not able to get in the Pool cuz it was Dirty. Good thing we had the Ocean around the corner
- Management at Maxines has a nasty demeanor. And as a manager myself he brought the great service team moral down and the spirit of my first trip to Miami In spirits
