The Steamboat Grand

very clean and well appointed. we¿ve been coming to Steamboat for 40 years and this time decided to spend some money. it was worth every penny! we¿ll be doing this again.

Beautiful view from our room. Food was great. Nice size gym.

The room was very dull. Basically 2 beds and that was it. Fridge on floor. Was in between seasons I guess so very limited menu at the restaurant

The staff was very pleasant and professional. They also seems relaxed and friendly with gave a sense of ease.

The hot tubs.

We asked for champagne when we checked in, we got grape juice. We asked for an extra blanket, never got that. We went to one of their restaurants, The Cabin, and was never served so we walked out. Room service does not occur every day.

Great location, beautiful and functional pool. Breatkfast resaurant was very good.

Our room was in a bad need of an update. Bathroom fan didn't work at all. Paint/wallpaper was peeling all over.Shower felt like I was in a motel 8. Very old. Pool bar food was closed all day after a short rain.

They have these large jacuzzi tubs in each room. Ours didn’t work so well. They should maintain them or remove them.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or it was broken! So whenever you showered or used the jacuzzi tub, the bathroom would be extremely hot.

Location was great for a lot of close by activities.

For a nice hotel the to pay extra for parking--especially in Summer time_-REALLY?? Also, no free breakfast offered. That is becoming the standard. Because of these items I would not stay there again.

The room was really nice. We were very excited about the jetted tub, but it turned out to be kind of gross. See below.

When we used out in-room jetted tub, there was yellow residue/foam in the water that was really gross. I have a feeling it is the mineral content of the water, but I really wish the hotel could 1) filter the water better and/or 2) tell guests WTH to expct

The hotel itself and the welcome area is beautiful. The ease of access to surrounding areas was also nice.

The room we had was awful. The walls were almost completely bare, there was no overhead lighting and we were given 4 lamps (all turned on) and it was still uncomfortably dim in the room. The tv was a 22 inch - could barely see from bed.

Surprised at the dated decor of the rooms Valets did not assist as we arrived, were flustered and repeatedly insisted that I pull car forward instead of helping with our bags and getting us to reception Disappointing lack of customer service

Staff, room, and location were all excellent. Arrived late at night and left early the next morning so we did not avail ourselves of any hotel features. Bed was super comfy!!

The staff were very nice. Hotel is very clean and fancy. Pool is fun

The cafe in the hotel wasn't very great. Not much of a selection from the menu. We had our 2yr old and only thing that looked decent for him was the grilled cheese.

We were disappointed that the pool/spa were drained, but maybe that's to be expected this time of year.

The hotel was beautiful, room comfortable, beautiful views, really nice hot tub and pool.

We were there between seasons and some of the amenities were not available and that was disappointing. Not all the restaurants and shops were open, no room service at the time we wanted it and the pool and hot tub were closed for service on our 2nd day.

Gorgeous location and facility, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Very large rooms.

The room we booked had no bed, just a sofa bed which was not comfortable.
