- I booked my room through a 3rd party. I booked a room for my 11 year old she wanted to have a hotel sleep over and go swimming. 2 of her friends came over and they swam one stay the night. The manager was extremely rude and flat out told me they don't do pool party. Mind you it wasn't a pool party. I was told when I booked the room that I can have the party in the pool.area and he told me no. Then my parents came in with my mom service dog and he told my mom she couldn't bring her dog in there even though it was a service dog first off that illegal because you can't tell someone they can't bring there service dog in. My girls loved the pool they said it was warm when they got in I think they turned it cold because the girls said when they went back in hours latter it was freezing; I will just never book here or have any one i no book here.
- Great location to downtown Freeport. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Gym was on third floor which is good, less foot traffic. . No treadmills but did have 2 elliptical machines and 2 recumbent bikes. Dumbbells up to 50 lbs and an adjustable bench. Also had a pulley system.

- The manager he was rude and watched every thing I did. I was respectful and made sure kids were not in pool alone. And I made sure kids didn't bring food near pool. He had another lady come in and tell us no food or drinks even though he had already mention it then he told my 15 year old to go get me and come to the desk. Just didn't feel welcoming.
- Everything was good.
- The shower was inconvenient. To turn it on you had to get underneath the shower getting sprayed with cold water before it warmed up. If the shower head moved you could point it against the wall while it warmed up but it didn’t. Other than the shower problem it was a pretty nice place. Also the towels were thin and not very soft.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, clean halls. Nice pool and breakfast was good.
Location isn't the best if you are looking for bigger shopping areas without drive 15 to 20 minutes north or south.
