So I was Leary after reading the comments left. But upon arriving the staff was so extremely nice and helpful. We got in our room after a long day at the airport no problem. Our room was very clean everything worked as supposed to. Throughout the stay housekeeping and the office were so nice and helpful. The only downfall was the bed was a little uncomfortable. But we still extended our stay a week because everything else including location was great. It's literally in walking distance to everything imaginable. I recommend it highly for the price.

The laundry facility wasn't working like should. But they said they are working on it

Nothing, the room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned prior to arriving, garbage was on the floor in the corner behind the door. There wasn't any toilet paper. The floor was filthy and sticky and hadn't been mopped. The room smelled horrible like dirty animals and not even the lampshades had been cleaned, they had a thick layer of dust on them. Their were no washcloths to even wash our face. The people above us had their television on all night and it was super loud. Neither one of us slept well. The curtain had holes in it so light was coming inside all night.

Nothing! Rooms were filthy. We had 2 rooms and both were filthy. We turn around and insisted on refund, even though we knew all hotels were sold out due to UofO graduation weekend. Decided we would rather drive 2 hours back and forth to family graduation events than stay in this disgusting hotel!!

The location was perfect for our stay. Lots of parking.Arrived late and the staff was great upon the late hour check in

Arrived very late to a room that had no blankets, shower curtain, towels or toilet paper. And a phone that doesn’t work to contact the front desk. Called from my cell phone but didn’t get an answer.Being a solo traveller - I did not feel safe to leave the room and see the front desk right away.

Decent location.

Clean spacious room. Good shower

Bad tv reception on 2 of the 3 main channels. One-ply toilet paper. Worn mattress. Room not ready at check in and when returned at 8:30 pm had to wait for housekeeper to finish mopping. Charged more than quoted price for room but did adjust price when we showed our confirmation.

Room was very clean bed was comfortable. No Smoking allowed with in 10 feet of buildings as it's Oregon law which is good. I will always stay there when I'm in Oregon .
