New Haven Hotel

Great location and comfortable room.

The TVs now use Chromecast, so you need to pair your cellphone with it in order to watch tv. I would have appreciated some local channels so I wouldn?t have to do that.

Noisy, people talking on the hallway late into the evening (instead of their own room) and lots of door banging. Would not ever stay again. Lots of street noise too.

Clean, comfortable room. Shower was great, super close to the college st music hall. Parking was an extra charge which caught me off guard because it said parking on the website but I should have anticipated this just don't do much city traveling.

Experience was seamless other than housekeeping knocking on the door multiple times starting at 8:00 am and waking me up.

Location was great for visiting Yale University. Within walking distance from great restaurants. Hotel staff was inviting and friendly, and the lobby was welcoming and comfortable. Room was clean and roomy.

I thought that your staff was friendly and very competent.

I had NO idea that we had a room with a view: a BRICK WALL! We had issues with the hair dryer. Staff gave us a second one promptly, but that was dparky as well. I would have welcomed a discount due to our very late arrival, but understand that it was not

Centrally located

I wish it had an in house dining room.

The people at the front desk were always kind and in good spirits to help in anyway.

It would be nice to have free coffee and tea at least in the mornings.

convenient walking distance

hair on bathroom floor

We love the location ? smack dab in the middle of Yale.

Location is excellent. Staff was friendly.

It is quiet

No free breakfast everything was ala carte

Good location, comfortable room, excellent bed. attentive staff.

The gym could have offered more functionality, but it was adequate.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Many places to eat near by.

All was good.

I like everything about the hotel, the staff from the front desk were so friendly, location, room and bathroom really clean!! My stay was utterly amazing!!!

Great location Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Heating system noisy and inconsistent. Bathroom cold. Cold all around window. Expensive parking No breakfast offered.

The front desk staff were lovely especially Stephanie! So helpful and made our stay fantastic. Rooms lovely and clean.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

the marketplace items were plentiful. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

more hot water in the shower!

Loved the location, parking access, room

That I couldn't have the light on in the bathroom w/o the fan on. The hvac system was loud & I didn't have alot of control w the temp. I also didn't expect to pay for parking - when staying someplace I do expect to be able to park my vehicle @ no extra cost to me because I'm already paying to stay there.

Clean hotel. Great location. Attentive staff.

Would have liked complimentary coffee. Having to pay for things other hotel offer for free.
