My room was at the end of the hall.

The air handler is extremely loud in my room. We had to change rooms, and that rooms A/C was loud. Couldn’t sleep well.

Very clean, nice hotel.

I think charging to park in a non-urban area is ridiculous. This hotel is not downtown or having to pay for a garage. Stop charging to park.

Location

Walls were paper thin. You could hear the neighbors next door. It was very old and run down.

I loved the room being clean and what I expected, as well as the complementary drinks and breakfast

We enjoy the wonderful free breakfast and Free cocktail snack evenings . Of course our waiter and bartender was awesome taking care of our family for dinner and drinks. Embassy Suites has been our very favorite Family Hotel for 40 years.

We should be allowed to be able to obtain a plastic tray so we can use to take to our room for our food or drinks if needed so we can take to our spouse or family members in our room that were not able to attend the breakfast in person.

The pool is only 4 ft deep also the hot tub was full of alge and could have been cleaned out

No extra blankets or pillows left in room. Front desk was very quick and helpful, it would just be helpful if they were already in the room.

Value for the money. A big well-appointed suite for the cost of a regular room at other local hotels.

The AC unit in our room was very loud.

Conveniently located

Paying for parking in a business area is ridiculous. I understand when the hotel is in a busy area but no one would park here unless they were staying at the hotel. Plus two of the nights we had to park behind the hotel and it didn’t feel safe at all.

Made to order breakfast

The key had to be recharged 2 during my stay. I don't know if staff kept erasing my card or the door reader was malfunctioning, but the key that worked earlier that day wouldn't work the next time I tried to open the door.

The made to order breakfast was delicious.

We kept having problems with the key cards. It would open the door once or twice and then stop working. I needed to get the keys recharged 2 times during my stay. I was on the 4th floor and had to come all the way downstairs to fix the keys twice.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

The suite room with separate rooms was very nice while traveling with kids

They were very short handed with the night bar and kitchen staff and some nights those were closed altogether despite advertising hours being open till 10 pm

Fitness center, rooms were outdated.

The breakfast

Was not 3.5 star hotel. The beds needed to be replaced, carpet needed to cleaned, room needed updating. When we arrived a nearby room had dirty dishes outside the door, in the morning the same dirty dishes were still there.

Nice big spacious rooms. Great breakfast options with omelette station. Convenient location close to restaurants

The room was spacious.

The ice machine didn?t work on my floor. The elevator was scary. It shook tremendously and was very bumpy. The water in my room was off for hours. They charged for parking when it was self park and not a secure lot.
