- The rooms look nice but there are issues with plumbing and there was no running water for a period of time, then only cold water with brown sediment.
Cons -
- Would have been nice to have an in-room microwave and coffee in the lobby for guests -- but guests can use a microwave on 3rd floor, and there is in-room coffee service.

- A pipe burst, resulting in dark brown water for an entire day, they couldn’t give me a refund. They recommended that my son & I shower in, and drink, the brown water, insisting it was not harmful. I had to go out to buy water to drink and wash my hair.

It was close to venue
Yes the shuttle never came back to pick up and i walked 5 miles to hotel in rain. Did not provide room service as asked
