The Madison Concourse Hotel

Great location just off the square. Quiet room, well appointed. Overall ambience of the common areas was very nice. Exercise room, pool, and hot tub all excellent. Very good breakfast available with reasonable prices.

Loved our friendly, upbeat check-in attendant! She was funny and personable and put us instantly at ease.We really enjoyed the hot tub whirlpool and swimming pool as well. We didn't use the sauna, but they did have one! Our bed was also comfortable- not amazing, but just what we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable as well.

Minor annoyance, but hand soap was missing from our room when we checked in. Not a big enough deal to ring for room service, though.It felt strange that the game room required you to go to the front desk to check out the ping pong paddles, pall, and the ball for foosball as well. I understand the reasoning, but some signage or something to tell us why the room didn't have these items would have been very helpful.Another sign that would have been helpful is one inside the elevator for the key cards! We were afraid we'd be stuck on the 10th floor for awhile, not realizing that one must tap your key card *before* pressing the button for the guest floor you're going to.

Easy to find, friendly and accompanying staff, gorgeous hotel with so many extra amenities.

Great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the capital. Room was large and the lobby was nice. The building was modern if that's what you're looking for in a hotel.

Perfect location. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The staff is really helpful.

There was a lot of parking but I was given a link to use to exit the parking garage without paying again since it was on my hotel bill. But there is no service in the parking garage so I couldn’t load the QR code to scan it and had to pay again for parking. The front desk was great though and took care of the double charge.

Clean, perfect location, had a Starbucks. Front desk was very friendly. Excellent service in the Governor’s Club and in the bar downstairs. My room was spacious and clean.
