It is convenient to West Maui locations and eating options.

The parking was charged 35$ a day for self parking, and when booking it was noted as 30$ for self parking. There is no reason the parking should be this expensive at this location and it should be included in the rent. There is already a resort fee.

Our hotel room was lovely

We felt the customer service could have been better. The front desk staff we saw was not particularly helpful and seemed like he would rather not be there. Staff seemed hurried, brash and/or bored.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

There was loud construction going on outside of our room . There was also construction at the pool, which we were not told of prior to our visit. A portion of the pool is closed, which aesthetically made the area look terrible with board sky, high .

Sometimes noise like doors slamming loudly... I wish guests would close doors gently.

The room layout was functionally ideal. The two queen bedroom was roomy with lots of storage options for a family of four. Beautiful property and nice staff.

Self parking was tough later in the day and lot was very tight. However front desk staff and valet were very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Pool is amazing.

We were given a handy cap room (shower was interesting). We also could hear the busy road when we open the door. Additionally, we had to wait right up to 4 pm for our room to be released.

swimming pools are good, Hot tub is a little small.

Our room is near a ice maker and water fountain. They creates big noise very often, very annoyed.

The pool area was well designed and kept us there all day under the shade of strategically place sourced of shade with two bars nearby. Quite relaxing!

The toiletries always disappoint at any hotel. The shampoo and conditioner never work for long hair¿dries it out.

Nice pool, great slide, and renovated rooms are really nice. Super comfortable beds and a good location though it's on the far south end of Kaanapali so it's a bit of a walk if you want to get up to the rocks by the Sheraton or Whaler's Village.

If you don't valet park it can be a long walk from the lot. Also, we got charged for "stolen towels" from the pool area but we were very diligent about always returning them on time. They took it off our bill but check your charges carefully.

The Hotel was amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly, planning on going back next year. The pool and beach were my favorite part of the hotel.

Walked to great restaurants and our sunset cruise. Bartenders are amazing! Everything you need is at this hotel.

The current COVID restrictions they have at the hotel were inconsistent and ridiculous at this point of the pandemic. The hot tubs were closed at the Hyatt but open at other Kaanapali resorts. Some of the staff members were like mask police while outsid

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room was spacious but warm.

The food at the hotel was nothing great and certainly not worth the price. Our room was beautiful but the thermostat was set at 65° and the maid turned the fan off everyday. Every night we walked into a stuffy room and woke up sweating every morning.

Room was updated

It had enjoining room door with high noise level. Also noise from hall area loud. Hotel did not have adequate pool lounge chairs. Had to pay for a cabana chair at $150. Self parking was to far away from hotel and had to use valet parking at $40 per day .

We were on our honeymoon and I had called to tell them that prior to arriving but there was nothing special to acknowledge that sadly

The staff treated us very well. We have stayed at a competitor hotel in the same area in the past and were not treated nearly as well. We will definitely stay here again. And it is the largest (and best) pool I have ever seen!

We would have liked a few more food options. Umalu was good, but we tired a bit of the limited menu.

The pool is pretty great as are the grounds overall, the swan lagoon and the gardens were beautifully tended.

Overlooking the changes for COVID (some restaurants closed; some services unavailable) I think the Hyatt could price things more reasonably. For example, breakfast buffet for two is $80 - there’s a difference between a convenience premium & price gougin

The grounds were amazing.

Room was dated and needed remodeling. Bathroom was very tiny.

STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL. The service can make or break a vacation. Hyatt's staff from check-in, to bell service, room service, and restaurant service was across the board excellent. Location could not have been more convenient and views were incredible.
