Pros +
- Great location. Very nice rooms. Beautiful lobby
- This was an awful experience from the moment we entered
- The hotel is in a convenient location. The atrium is beautiful, as is the bar and restaurant area. Staff was our server twice at the restaurant and was excellent which made for a pleasurable dining experience.
Cons -
- Pool was like a sauna and could hardly breathe in the pool area. For high price of room, breakfast should have been included.
- Phone not working in room Room service awful No running water to shower Use bathroom Did not have sheets/ blankets in room
- There wasn't a hair dryer in the room (maybe that was a fluke?) The mini fridge was nice to have, but I didn't like the LED light illuminated from the fridge when we were trying to sleep. Could use an extra outlet or two next to the mirrored wall/closet.
