Pros +

• No breakfast was provided
• It has an atrium.It was beautiful and had a lot of plants.
• Property was beautiful cozy and very family friendly

Cons -

• Provide simple continental breakfast
• I am handicapped with a service dog. I made a reservation 5 days before traevl through Booking and I got an email saying "my speacial request is not confirmed until you get a confirmation directly from the property". I did not receive any contact from the property as of the morning of my arrival. I called the # on my reservation and it took me to an unidentified voicemail. I was very concerned my request would not be accepted at check-in, so I made plans to stay with family. I contacted Booking and they said they could not reach thew hotel. I drove out of my way before a snow storm to the property to confirm the cancellation. A frint desk clerk said she apologized and would cancel the reservation. I checked my credit card and they charged me. I called the property today twice and they said a manager would check into it and call me back. I have not heard anything. This has been exhausting!
• The unforeseen parking fee for guests it was $24 . The parking lot was icy and had not been treated.Making it hard to walk on without slipping.
