Pool was like a sauna and could hardly breathe in the pool area. For high price of room, breakfast should have been included.

The bed / mattress seemed very old & soft. First time there that it was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. I always ask for a quiet room & this one was not

It is a very nice hotel. Clean, stylish and good location.

The night manager is arrogant, condescending and not friendly at all. The rest of the staff is great so the poor rating for staff is because of the night manager.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The atrium is beautiful, as is the bar and restaurant area. Staff was our server twice at the restaurant and was excellent which made for a pleasurable dining experience.

There wasn't a hair dryer in the room (maybe that was a fluke?) The mini fridge was nice to have, but I didn't like the LED light illuminated from the fridge when we were trying to sleep. Could use an extra outlet or two next to the mirrored wall/closet.

Wifi didn’t work in room - Light fixture by bead did not work and wrong light was attached to wall switch.

I liked the Atrium, and the rooms are ok, I faced the atrium it was very dark

they had an event until very late, and it was very loud No breakfast And if you want something to eat the only place was a pre-packed food. the closest restaurant was 32 blocks away, I could not walk due to health issues

The hotel was very clean and very quiet.

The only thing I did not like is that you have to walk through a large conference center to the main hotel. I am 80 years old and walk with a cane due to spinal stenosis.

The location and room was so nice and inviting.

I never received my welcome bag from the wedding party that I was there for.

I thought the plug in outlets were inconveniently spaced apart, room did not have a microwave

The guestroom was very stuffy because the windows didn't open, and the temperature was locked at 65 degrees. Although this temperature seems like it should be cool, it felt closer to 80. It was hot.

My room was spacious. Clean.Well stocked with the essential bathroom necessities. Nice view of the Atrium.And the hotel was Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great visist.

I got a corner room. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at.

Mobile ordering for dinner delivery wasn't working but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The lobby was very pretty and the location was good.

The rooms are old, the wallpaper is peeling off the wall, and the walls are paper thin. Even with a noise machine I could hear the people next door talking, snoring and their alarm going off.

Nothing was mentioned about a $20 per day parking fee prior to booking, so when we arrived and were told we had to pay $60 plus tax to use their parking lot, it was annoying.
