Great location close to the airport with an airport shuttle available. The room was spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out process (we were leaving at 5am!) we stayed for 1 night but would definitely look to visit again if in the area.

I missed a connection because of airport delays. I went to Booking.com and found the Hampton. I had just left New Orleans where I also stayed at a Hampton.When I arrived, I couldn't believe the room, especially for the price! I do travel a fair amount, and this was possibly the best hotel experience I've had. The room was HUGE, especially coming from New Orleans where the room was quite small. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV was great. The next time I'm in Houston, I will definitely make it my acccomodation!
I was waiting a while for the shuttle to take me to the hotel when I arrived. I waited quite a while and it never showed up, so I decide to take a cab. But my plane was very late because of the delays, so Ican't blame the hotel.

The Staff was very helpful and kind.Excellent service. The room was clean and had good space. Loved the bathroom artickles. Shampoo, condisioner, shower gel and bodylotion. Very tasty breakfast.
The aircon was noisy.The sunbeds could have had better comfort.

Close to the hotel, complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast. Clean and fast check in. Room was very spacious as well.

The size of the room very roomy also bed was very comfortable.
