Very Rundown gross property. A/C full of mold, bad quality flooring/maintenance and repair

The tv didn’t work and the air didn’t work.

The rooms were clean

Bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I was charged an additional $25.99 , the front desk said it was an accident. My money still has not been refunded

Location was nice. But the app said it was 135.(And some change) I was charged 160.(Asc).

Some of the staff was kinda rude

I booked 2 rooms and it seems they would have kept both rooms on the same floor and they separated them out on separate floors and guest services could have had better attitudes. They told me some things and did the complete opposite. Needs some updating and could have been cleaner

The rooms were clean. The extras like shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash were nice. Free weights in the exercise room saved my workout.

One toilet overflowed; we reported it on our way to dinner. We were told they would give us a plunger and extra towels to mop up the mess. So when we returned we plunged our own toilet. The exercise room said it was open till 10 it locks at 9. They let me in but have the equipment said programs were unavailable and would not turn on. You could see the line of body scum from the hot tub not being wiped down. One room's key card kept not working. The first night the front desk clerk did a room check and seemed surprised we were in room 309 not 308. The next 2 days the key card had to be updated at least 3 times due to not working. We will not return.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bath tub and the drain rust and tub looked dirty and some body was smoking weed the small was in the hall I have pics of the bath tube and ceiling
