Bellboy service a bit off

The swim up room was amazing! Having immediate access to the pool and even better, just steps away from the ocean. It was a complete win!

There are a lot of stairs to navigate, however it was still doable for someone like me with minor mobility issues. The elevator eliminated most of the stairs, making it only 1 flight that you could not completely avoid. But again, was doable for me.

The super courteous staff and cleanliness.

Price of the buffet. $28 plus tax per person. It was supposed to be all inclusive.....not!!!!

Great food, good options at buffet, and great service at most restaurants/bars and beaches. Beautiful friendly service people.

The giftshop service man was rude and indifferent to our concerns. The Italian restaurant required reservations a day or days prior, not very friendly or welcoming. Bottle water was $10 a bottle, ridiculous.

The beach and chairs offered

The pools and hot tubs were all too cold to be in.

We stayed a couple nights, and it checked all the boxes - reasonable rate; beachfront; not all-inclusive; very close to the airport. Drink/dinner prices were reasonable; nearby amazing clubs/restaurants. Caught the bus to wherever we needed to go.

Checking in took forever. We made a point to checkout night before we left. Handed over our bracelets and towel keys. Next morning, walked up to the desk without waiting in line, handed over our room keys, and a quick cab ride to the airport.

Quiet, clean, right off the beach, stores near by, staff were nice!

Face/wash towels were not already in my room. When I asked staff, she stated she did not have any. Also, I tried to call to the front, but the phone just rang. Would have gave 10s if it was not for this.

Very clean, great staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

A large section of outdoor pool area was under construction, other wise I would have given a higher rating. Needed more eating options on location. Took too long to get food that was available to order.

Location and amenities are excellent

Check-in/out process was very slow and the front desk area was too hot and uncomfortable. The food was expensive. The room was beautiful but has a musty smell so the HVAC system needs to be cleaned or properly filtered. Otherwise a very nice property

Friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly. Access to a clean beach where you can actually swim in clear water. Secure. Early check-in at no cost was refreshing. Beautiful view. Hotel is close to a OxxO and 7/11 making it easy to get snacks, etc.

Please make sure you clear the mini tables found on the side of your beach chairs. We shouldn¿t have to clear it ourselves.

Everything was amazing. Large resort so it did not feel crowded. All the food was amazing. Staff super friendly

We had rooms with beach walk out. The view was spectacular. The resort is very clean.

The food is pretty much all buffet. I am a very light eater, so paying $30 for a buffet meal was pricey for me. The food was so so.

The location; right on the beach. The activity coordinator did a great job at setting up activities as well.

The food was less than delicious. I¿m glad I didn¿t opt to the all inclusive upgrade for food-beverages. I was told it wasn¿t good but tried it for myself. The restaurants near by made up for this shortcoming.

It was very beautiful resort. Very clean. We had an awesome view to the ocean.

What we did not like was if you are not part of the all inclusive, then you have to pay an exorbitant price to eat in the restaurant. Also, the breakfast buffet was always very backed up and congested. It was poorly planned. Needed more fruits and entr

The beach is nice.

The hotel housekeeping staff went through EVERY SINGLE BELONGING WE BROUGHT. The safe in our room was non functional. They refused to provide an alternate. Housekeeping stole our valuables, security forcefully searched us and our bags/room. No resolution.

It was a great place to stay. There is an OXXO and a 7-11 very close by if needed. We never felt crowded and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. The buffets are well done but pricey for breakfast. Local bus fare $1 takes you into Cancun and H-zone

The Condimento bar and its nearby bar are only open till 6pm. The BÁCOLI TRATTORIA was a big disappointment, recommend against it. The other nice restaurant Fasasno was very good. House wines are very disappointing.

The people who recommended and arranged tours and excursions were competent and friendly.

Terrible food, poor amenities, mostly unhelpful staff.

I loved the proximity to many restaurants and attractions. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The pools overlooking the ocean were stunning.

Ocean view room was not that great in lower level buildings. Some lights in room did not work. Service was horrible, hotel staff not very friendly or accommodating. Watered down drinks at pool. Very little options for food.
