Pros +
- The swim up room was amazing! Having immediate access to the pool and even better, just steps away from the ocean. It was a complete win!
- The super courteous staff and cleanliness.
- Great food, good options at buffet, and great service at most restaurants/bars and beaches. Beautiful friendly service people.
Cons -
- There are a lot of stairs to navigate, however it was still doable for someone like me with minor mobility issues. The elevator eliminated most of the stairs, making it only 1 flight that you could not completely avoid. But again, was doable for me.
- Price of the buffet. $28 plus tax per person. It was supposed to be all inclusive.....not!!!!
- The giftshop service man was rude and indifferent to our concerns. The Italian restaurant required reservations a day or days prior, not very friendly or welcoming. Bottle water was $10 a bottle, ridiculous.
