The bed was broken, breakfast was so unorganized, coffee was terrible. It was too late to change rooms once we realized the bed was broken.

Location

The staff and the cleanliness.

Having to have slips of paper for evening reception. Having to ask for bacon...pancakes...etc from the omelet counter is ridiculous. Breakfast is best at the Birmingham location.

Indoor Pool and Comfortable Bed

In the downtown area, so you have to pay for parking. The hotel crowd was rough.

I love the customer service. The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was great and the rooms met my expectations. I recommend staying here when visiting Huntsville. I will be back!

Clean and great location

The king bed was horrible, and when requested to change rings I never got a call back. We were both sore after our night and kept rolling toward the sunken middle.

Everything about our stay was great! No complaints here. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Overall is wasn't the best experience

There was a large gathering of people inside the lobby up untill 2:00 AM talking. It was some sort of family reunion. There were about 20 adults, 10 kids.. The pillows very uncomfortable.All in all the first night, We probably had 3 to 4 hours of sleep

There was a younger, tall, thin, AA woman who checked us in after 10 pm. She hustled, was cheerful Â¿ great way to greet customers!

Staff was very nice. Lobby was gorgeous.

I paid for a king size room but got a double. They said they sold out. AC never got cold then mid night/early morning the ac wasn't working, like turned off and wouldn't come back on. Room look like it's from the 60s. Best believe I won't be back

The lobby and pool areas were very nice. The location was good.

The carpet looked dirty and was not tight on floor. Sofa was so stained I put a beach towel over it before sitting on it.

The friendly staff.

There were private parties going on, and I could hear the music in blaring in my room until midnight.

The hotel was connected to the Mars Music Hall. The evening snacks and drinks as well as the breakfast were fantastic. The room was large and comfortable.

The parking was a nightmare. There were not enough spaces, and to even leave the parking lot took forever. It was extremely frustrating.

1. Bugs on tables 2. I paid extra for snack basket & 2nd wasn't fixed till I asked for it. 3. Toilet leaked water in floor. 4. Bathtub stopper didn't work. Maintenance wanted me to hurry & shower a 3yr old cause he had to go on break. It was not goo
