Cons -
- During a month of travelling, the only b&b that wouldnt provide a gluten free option for my sister despite a request being made at least a month in advance. In addition, we found out from the tourist board that we were entitled to free use of public transport (a konus karte) which involved some paperwork on the part of the host. We had to stand our ground and insist it was done as otherwise it wouldnt have been! We should not have had to stand in the shop refusing to leave until it was! An attentive host would have had them waiting for us as was the case when we stayed in Switzerland. There was confusion over the check in time as booking.com and the owners email confirmation said different things so we arrived an hour early but that was ok as we just waited in a cafe
